hey all. i just want to know what software can be used to make blogskins/templates.
i've been trying to find ways to create skins, but i just dont know how.
anyone, please reccomend me some of the good ones.
i want to learn how to make blog skins.

dreamweaver, photoshop cs3. i just bought adobe photoshop indesign. not sure about it though. havent tried it. (:

not sure if anybody uses it, but i use ArcSoft PhotoStudio 5.0

I recommend Photoshop CS2 or higher
Or you can use GIMP, a free software.
You can learn CSS by yourself.

I use photoshop for image and dreamweaver for codings.
photoshop indesign is best used if you wanna make designs for alot of pages etc. pamphlets
