I guess no body REALLY understand how the arena is running.
Okay, I repeat again.
This competition will be running the same as the quick fire round.
Both the oppositions and the propositions will create a new thread.
(Opposition 1 thread) (Propositions 1 thread)
Then the first speaker of each team will post their answer in that thread.
Example: (Then) team A will have to wait for the team B speaker to come to their thread to ARUGE or debate.
Then wait for that team A to argue back. so on and so for.
Understand?
That why even if there the whole team is not online at the same time, the competition can still carry on.
Okay, this is the final question.
Cyber bullying is worse than school bullying.
Worse?
For cyber bullying; Singapore has the second highest number of cyber-bullying cases after the US, 2007.
For school bullying; 70% of primary and secondary students reported being physically abused at some time or other, in 2007.

22June - 25June - A panel of judges will judge on their views and how strong is their arguments. At the same time, the judges will elect a best speaker as well.
30JUNE2008 - Results will be released.

ok haha i get it. then why not when the other team come to argue back a point , they state their team ? so won't get mixed up. LOL. just suggesting haha..

Who is supposed to open it? Our leader's granny go in ICU, cannot make it to our meetings. Another member quit because cannot cope, too much homework.

and joseph, i think it is better if the proposition can post one thread and the first speaker begins and then the first speaker of oppo will argue and lay down the points in the same thread?
easier to see, i think.

do you mean the definition of "worse" is fixed to rate of occurrence? but unless the reliability or accuracy of the statistics is questionable numbers aren't debatable!
