Hello!
I'm asking advice on what books should I read so that it can help in my phrasing of sentences and vocab?
I don't want too profound ones neither too lame and easy.
On the other hand, what are your favourite books? I'm hooked in twilight.
haha.
haha.
haha.
bye.

GO TWILIGHT!
haha.
i've no idea actually.
hur.most books help in sentence structure cos if u do lots of reading, automatically, you'll know if a sentence sounds funny.
as for vocab, try to read more "adult" books.
steer away from those princess diaries sort.not much vocab there.

Lol. The books I read are too random.
Prophecy of the Gems do you know that one? It has lots of good vocab in it. And the storyline's not bad too. (:

Agreed.
To Kill A Mockingbird is simply a stroke of genius.
I heard that The Old Man and the Sea by Ernest Hemingway is really good too, though I haven't read it before.
And it's not very long; just slightly over 100 pages.
Or you could try James Patterson's thrillers.
The Jester, which was written by him, is fantastic.

Try random authors...

OH MY GOD. almosthardly: PROPHECY OF THE GEMS!!! Hahah I love that book Read it quite some time alr though :/
I recommend Jodi Picoult's books if you're into romance. The thing about her books is that they're very well written (great vocab used) and you know that there is a possibility of it happening in reality, unlike other books. A Series of Unfortunate Events is good if you're not rly into romance. I love that series - it's really easy to get hooked on

stay away from Meg Cabot books. the vocab in it is not very good.(IMO) meg cabot books are just for reading when your bored/ something like that.
Reader's Digest is pretty good. Times also.(;
Try some books by British writers. The english in it should be better then American writers
(IMO!(

To Kill a Mockingbird is really nice aside from the first 2 chapters.
I read a lot of TONY PARSONS
ever heard of 'Man and Boy'?
it's really nice.
there's also 'a family way', 'man and wife', 'one for my baby'
and they touch on very real issues of society and it's very nice
'About a Boy' and "A Child called IT" are very touching books too.
'One Red Paperclip" is a fun book but with no real plot, just a journey
'Joy Luck Club"
"Midsummers Nights Dream" if youlike to confuse yourself.
i read a lot of classic books too.
i especially liked "tom sawyer'
check it out.
