Hi! This is the BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL COMPETITION.
I want extraordinary skin in this community, This is your oppotunity to SHINE!
ABOUT THIS COMPETITION
This competition is about getting outta your comfort zone, trying new and extraordinary things that happens in your page. THIS COMPETITION IS FOR EVERYONE! So, put your names down and let's see what your can get for a skin.
This competition is very random on your theme. Each skinners would have a definite theme to work on. No copycats!
Your theme can be loud or silent, crazy or sweet, navi or non-navi. Seriously, it depends on your out break overall.

RULES
one.You must work within your given theme.
onepointone.If you did not work or work with it minimally, sorry to say it's void.
onepointtwo.You can have more than one theme to choose from.
two.This is typical, credit every source taken.

twopointtwo.Credit the basecode, the artist, especially.
twopointthree.Everything must be credit, shortly speaking.
three.Skins submitted to only here. No blogger links allowed.
threepointone.Skins submitted are not to be un-viewable and un-downloadable.
four.Maximum number of skin(s): 1
fourpointone.You must only submit one skin.
fourpointotwo.If you want to change to another kind of theme you are given or you think it is out of theme given, you may change or modify it. BUT, within the date given.
