hmmm, i'm not sure..because i'd like people to know one another and help the beginners how to skin or something. if you need time, i'll extend the deadline. if i were to leave it to your own choices, there would not be a balance of experts and beginners in a group and so it will be sort of unfair for the other groups who, let's say they are not so good in skinning. i'm sort of sure that people who want to join and accept to be in a group with unknown people will be friendly as they are willing to know one another, ya see. =]
btw, is that the type of answer you want?

i actually think it's fair for beginners to not be grouped with experts etc, since it's like, not anyone's fault then they are not as pro or whatever what
i mean, if that's not fair, then normal competitions where 1 person makes 1 skin will also not be fair because some of those people are experts while others are not what :/

um, i don't mean that.
i mean, just monitor our choices.
for example, i start a group with four people as follows:
1. slayerette
2. inksplash
3. (soldmysmile)
4. pullthetrigger
all of them are good at skinning.
we submit our choice, and you have the right to reject it because they're all pros.
thus, you will then reassign us into new groups.

too time-consuming...and so just start getting into groups in that way for now.

ha ha, i mean, in a normal competition, there are also pros and non-pros what, and that's not "unfair", because the pros got themselves where they are. So it should be the same in this competition, like, if you're not pro enough to beat others then it's your own buisness, and what's the point of rearranging groups so that those not good enough to win will have a higher chance of winning, when it is their own "fault" that they are not good enough to win?

?! why not just random pull names out of a hat, so as to speak. that way, no complains, who you get is purely based on luck.
oh and by the way, i think this is a brilliant idea, good luck for the competition!

hey, you can just restrict 1 pro to each team only, so that not only non-pros learn from pros, pros learn common mistakes from non-pros, which can help build up the "holes" in the non-pros skin. And pros only can help make adjustments to the skin before the skin is submitted. That's fair hor
