Yes, you'd be thinnking 'WTH? Another competition? But, tahaha. This topic's easy. You just have to pic a cute cartoon, a photo, edit it, blablabla and get judged! Isn't that easy? Now, I need 6 helpers.
2 more judges
3 people to make the winning banners. (1st, runner up, second runner up)
1 person to make the competition banner
RULES and INFORMATION:
You must put an image inside the skin.
Brushes are allowed.
The words "CARTOONY!" or "VECTORS!" must be somewhere in the skin, visible from sight.
You MUST insert the banner into the description.
You are not allwed to post your submissions into this thread.
Judges are not allowed to take part in this competition.
EVERYTHING has to be credited.
DEADLINE:
August 1st. (Long enough, yeah?)
POSITIONING:
1st position
2nd position
3rd position
If there is a tie, we have to look at the number of votes on that day.
1 fave = 1 vote

If there are less than 8 submissions, i'll call off this competition.
The banners will be posted whe I get them.
PRIZES:
1.25 days of hao-lianing. (there'll be a banner to put into your description or profile page which will state something like 'I CAN HAOLIAN FOR 25 DAYS!", lest to let people think you're MS./MR. OHI'MSOBIG.)
2.The winner's names will be posted in the forums. (with their links, of course)
3. I'll updated you on the third prize.
4. I'll update you on the 4th prize.

Use photoshop custom shapes,
or as a last resort, brushes.
It's not difficult.
And I doubt permission will be granted from these cartoon/vector artists.
Work on your own, originality is love.
