Hello!
Not sure on the styling codes, but want to generate your own layout?
You can now visit http://whateverlife.com/createalayout and generate it yourself!
Perhaps I can give a step-by-step tutorial. :\
Background color - you should know what's that.
(It's the main background's color.)
Background image - The image you expect to appear. You need the image URL, not to browse from your computer. (Example: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/hxxx/dsdzx/eee/raxxinpots_polsdxkot.gif) The link is not available, of course. It's just an example.
Background position - The position you want the image to be at. Top right, top center, top left, left center, center, right center, bottom left, bottom center and bottom right.
Background repeat - Do you want the image to repeat (appear again and again)? Read the description beside each option.
Next, click on 'Sections' on the headings. (The previous one was background.)
Background color - Try out fully transparent, play with the colors and find the color you prefer. The effects will be shown in the Preview on the right.
Border width - What border thickness do you expect for your text area? Try moving the thing left and right to find out the effects too.
Border color - What color would you like your border to be?
Border style - Try out all styles and choose the one that you love most!
Opacity - Do you want your text area to be opaque, transparent, translucent or between any two?
When you're done with the Sections, click on the heading, 'Headings'.
Name font - Choose the type of font you want for the first heading.
Font style - Bold, italic or underlined? (You can choose one, two, or all three.)
Name size - The size of the first heading words.
Name color - The color of the first heading words.
Heading font - Choose the type of font you want for the second heading.
Font style - Bold, italic or underlined? (You can choose one, two, or all three.)
Heading size - The size of the second heading words.
Heading color - The color of the second heading words.
After that, click on 'Main text' on the headings.
Main font - The font type you expect for the text area.
Font style - Bold, italic or underlined? (You can choose one, two, or all three.)
Text size - The size of the text you want for the text area.
Text color - The color of the text you want for the text area.
Link color - The link's color before you hover (move your cursor) over it.
Link style - Bold, italic or underlined? (You can choose one, two, or all three.)
Link hover color - The link's color when you are hovering on the link.
Link hover style - Bold, italic or underlined? (You can choose one, two, or all three.)
Lastly, at the bottom of the preview, there is a button which says "Generate Layout".
Click on it and you'll be directed to another page.
Follow the steps, using the Layout Code in the textbox as shown at the bottom of the page.
Then, you're done!
I hope all of the above helps in any ways.
I spent about 12 minutes typing all above.
That's rather long, for me. :\
I suppose it only work in myspace. No harm trying on blogger.com, right? :S.
I chose to submit this in the General section in this forum because I think most of you will be active in General instead of anywhere else in the forums.
I'd like more people to know about this, so...
Sorry for wasting space!
Regards,
TPPFP
