I've been receiving a lot of bug reports lately concerning applying skins to blogs. They've all come after Blogger was hacked, so I think that that might have something to do with it. Hopefully, I'll find some time to check things out later. In the meantime, downloading the skin in Blogger format and pasting it into the template box in Blogger always works.
